From giving keynote talks at events to facilitating workshops running over a period rather than trying to change paradigms in one afternoon. 

Literacy courses

RL Consultancy faciliates courses in network literacy, because individuals should know what kind of roles they should fulfill in order to create a high level of centrality in the network. It is believed that such a position in a network could hypothetically have a large impact on the control of information and knowledge flow. As a result, a crucial competence of individuals is that they need to occupy roles such as brokers and/or facilitators and therefore they should also have networking competences.
